Child Mental Health Awareness Campaign & Research

Brazil, Israel, Russia, Egypt, Uganda, China, Georgia,Azerbaijan.
Goals:

• Inform the public about nature and treatment of childrens mental disorders which will facilitate early identification and treatment of such problems.
• Reduce the stigma attached to children?s mental health problems that might cause further emotional and social distress or prevent and individual of seeking treatment.
• Begin dialogue between people to work together to promote childrens mental health.

Components:
I Survey among students at age of 10-12 and 14-16, parents and teachers.
II Awareness campaign via media, printing materials, meetings and the Internet.
