Behavioral change communication for vulnerable
group of most at risk people

Project outcomes:

• Five leaflets addressed to five target groups were developed and designed.
• The communication materials were discussed in five target groups. For the first time IDUs, CSW, street children and migrants have participated in the development of communication materials.
• The target groups representatives made pre-test assessment of the communication materials with use of specially developed evaluation forms. The evaluation tools provided opportunity to improve materials, to make them more understandable and attractive for the target groups.
• For the first time an impact of the communication materials on behavioral changes of the target group has been considered at the stage of the materials' development.
• In the process of group discussion the useful recommendations about the best information carriers have been provided
• 60 pouchs with selected messages were designed, produced and distributed among street children
